We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! However, should there be a problem with your order – we are happy to refund or exchange all unused, unopened items as long as you alert us to the issue within 28 days of delivery. Return postage costs must be covered by the buyer, and the original postage costs will not be reimbursed (unless the error was our fault).
We ask that you pack the item that you are sending back to us well, and recommend that you keep hold of your tracking number and proof of postage until we have confirmed that the item has been received by ourselves.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on products that have been opened or have been partially used, however if there is something that you aren’t happy with – please let us know and we will try our best to resolve your issue.
