Returns Policy

We are happy to refund or exchange all unused, unopened items as long as you alert us to the issue within 28 days of delivery. Return postage costs must be covered by the buyer, and the original postage costs will not be reimbursed (unless the error was our fault).

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on open or partially used products, but if there’s something that you aren’t happy with – please let us know and we will try our best to resolve your issue.
